The apartment currently can take up to 5 people, but we could make arrangement based on your needs accordingly. We require a minimum stay of two nights, you’ll pay the total rental cost and 100 euro safety deposit when you arrive, if nothing is damaged we will return the deposit when you depart. Due to high demand of the flat, we kindly ask you to inform us in case of changes or cancellations 48 hours before your arrival.

Prices of the apartment:

-Normal rate 1 or 2 pax: high season 50 euro; low season 40 euro
-Normal rate 3 pax: high season 60 euro; low season 50 euro
-Normal rate 4 pax: high season 70 euro; low season 60 euro
-Normal rate 5 pax: high season 80 euro; low season 70 euro

-Special discount for staying one week gets 7th day for FREE.

*Prices are based on per apartment per night, subject to change.
**High season: Apr. 01 – Sept. 30; low season: Oct 01 – Mar. 31.
